Poor customer service! We loved the cakes but when asking clarification about a strawberry short cake or Black Forest cake the lady basically yelled at told us to look at the menu but with a bad attitude.

Tiffany’s pastries and cakes are delicious, beautiful, and reasonably priced. They have an amazing tres leches cake, almond croissant, and various tasty cookies. My family and I have been coming here for years and the quality is consistent.

I have been coming to Tiffanys bakery for years now. I used to always go to the Falls Church location since it was a bit closer to home. However, I didn't realize they had closed down but I didn't mind the 45 minute drive to Annandale. It's truly worth it. Their milojas cake is to die for. Every one was friendly. I will definitely be coming again. Thank you ladies xoxo

Disappointed! Customer service not very welcoming and there is some sort of attitude! Cake was dry ! It just lacks the touch of luxury and small additions that make’s business thrive ! Not coming back, would rather go to near by bakeries to get the service and product am looking for!

If I could give 0 star to this bakery I will, Ordered a Tres leches Cakes, with it didn’t have any leche cakes was awful very dry 0 milk. Also I paid upon ordering a day before of picking up, when I went to pick up I went to the register and showed up the receipt to pick up, they were some people in line and one of the ladies that works they literally creamed at me saying that they were there first, and I said I’m here to pick up a cake! She didn’t say anything and ignored me completely, after when it was my turn to be help she was giving me attitude which is ridiculous they need to be polite, professional and show off at least a little bit of kindness and great customer service. All of the workers there just look like they don’t want to be there like they hate that job! If you don’t like your job find something else, but don’t go to work with that kind of attitude. Awful people Terrible service!!!
