Chicken Wings in Appomattox

“It's a restaurant with a sign that says Carry-out delivery ends at 10 pm. We got there at 9:20 and asked if it was okay to order. They didn't mention that we wouldn't be allowed to eat in the dining area until after we placed the order. While we were sitting at the tables, waiting for our food, we were told that dine-in service ended at 9:30, and we would have to take the food as carry-out. It's not a big deal, but it should be posted somewhere. I looked, but couldn't find that anywhere. I would have just commented to the owner, but I was unable to find the store information.“
