Easily the best fast food spot in Appomattox, just a little out of the way to get to if you don't want to or don't have time to get off of 460. Nowhere near the amount of mistakes with our orders when we're getting something quick while passing through. Staff is always courteous & friendly. The restaurant itself reminds me of the late 90s to the mid 2000s & I mean that in the best way possilbe.
No coleslaw for my hotdogs! It has been a few years since I was in this area and I was looking forward to some hotdogs. What a disappointment. I left empty handed. Other than that, everything seemed fine. Service was quick and the lady was nice. The place seemed clean, so I'd eat here if they had coleslaw for my dogs.
The food was better than what I expected, but its crazy that it cost 20 bucks for a burger meal with a blizzard. Definitely not worth the money, but hey.... what is anymore.
The staff was awesome though, and the lobby felt very nostalgic. Ultimately the rating for me is right in the middle because the food at DQ in general is just not very good for how much it costs.
