“UPDATE: I AM CHANGING MY RATING FROM 1 TO 4 SOLELY ON THE FACT THAT OWNERSHIP PERSONALLY REACHED OUT AND SPOKE TO ME FACE TO FACE. This is not easy to do and appreciate the gesture. I will give grace to see if things change.

I come to this location because of convenience but I believe today will be my last. First, I have had constant issues with service. One day I was given a bowl without acai in it even though it was an acai bowl. When I brought it back, I literally had to debate with girl at the front. The bowl was green not purple. Clearly it was missing. Second, the staff can be rude.

Today my husband's order from shake shack came before my bowl and he completed his whole meal before my bowl even was ready. You are making bowls and smoothies, not cooking. Why my order is constantly late even though I order it at least 15 minutes early and still have to wait is beyond me.

Next, I find it insulting that they always need to double check my last name to ensure it's the correct order as if I'm lying. Seems weird when I'm the only black person in the location having to give my first and last name. Y'all are weird. Your management is also not good because everything is so chaotic. Today I watched people receive their bowls before me even though they ordered it while I was in the store.

Don't waste your time. I'll also be filing a corporate complaint. I've spent way too much money for the service and treatment.“

“Went here with plans to get a wheatgrass shot after a chaotic night. I was greeted at the counter by the manager, Antonio. He was such a delight, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. He walked me through the different items and even convinced me to get the season special, a toast with Nutella, strawberries, and coconut, that with the wheatgrass shot was exactly what the doctor ordered! Will definitely be coming back to South Block!“

“Ever since the new app has launched my experience has been elevated. Being able to redeem 500 points was amazing. This location is fast friendly and fun. I am a regular here and I’m still treated well.

“I love Acai Bowls and have had them many places. Playa Bowls has one of the best. I love the Pura Vida ( I get a banana added on). The bowls are generous and full of fruit; when you dig into the acai, there's even more fruit and delicious granola buried underneath! Perfect for a refreshing and healthy summer meal or treat!!“

“There is a reason I've been a regular for a little over a year. When I first encountered this location, I was absolutely satisfied. The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!! The lovely ladies that work in the front are so sweet and always welcome me, regardless of being a regular. The atmosphere is clean and clear, I spend most of my remote-academic work in the location. Its like doing homework at a coffee shop... but so much better!!!“

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

“Enjoyed a nice late lunch on a chilly April day in DC. At 3pm on a Saturday, the place was busy but there were a few open tables. The ramen with tofu and peanut noodles both hit the spot, and we'd happily order these again in the future. The date tahini smoothie was excellent, though a bit pricey. Order at the counter and they bring drinks and food to you. All of the employees we interacted with were nice. Look forward to coming again. Updated from previous review on 2025-04-12“

“OMG! My favorite place for juice, smoothies, avocado toast and acai bowls now has SOUP! Just had their potato squash soup, and it was better than my homemade soup (which is also delicious). “Great staff and good smoothies. You can't really go wrong with a smoothie and at berries and bowls there are a decent amount of combinations to try. There are also acai bowls that are available with plenty of options. There isn't too much seating but it's in a great area to be able to grab a smoothie and take a walk.“

“Delicious! Robeks uses real fruit. Unlike the other smoothing places such as the smoothie king or jamba.Robeks smoothie is sweeten by the fruit. I have tried all the flavor some of my favorite are Passion fruit Cove, Tropi-Kale but my all time favorite is the Empore Açaí smoothie.Once you try them you’ll get hooked. All the girls at the Wisconsin store make great smoothies.“

“We’ve eaten at The Falls for both date nights and family outings and were extremely impressed every time. I was excited to hear they also do catering! We called The Falls, spoke to Kelly and she was super helpful, communicative and helped with everything from how much food would be appropriate for our size event and how many staff would be recommended. We had our annual Santa party with 190 people and everyone was super impressed with the food quality, the attentive staff and how friendly and courteous they were. They left my house cleaner than before the party and even boxed up some left overs for us to enjoy. They’re a true blessing and made our party one we’ll remember for years! “Rush Bowls is a wonderful place to grab a fresh Acai Bowl with the freshest ingredients. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The menu board makes it easy to make and order and know how ever thing goes. All in all I highly suggest checking out Rush bowls if you want some fresh fruit and a delicious Acai Bowl.

“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“
