One of the older American Airlines lounges at DCA, quite small with a limited selection of food and drinks. However is right by the C Gates where many franchise partner flights (especially Republic Airways) take off from
This place is too small. They have sold so many memberships to the admirals club that you can't get in either one of them. We tried to go in both clubs at Reagan, and both were so full that you could not find a place to even sit. I love the admirals club when you can get in there, but it is so overbooked. I am considering not renewing my membership.
I stopped in the lounge diring my lat over at DCA. The staff was so friendly when I checked in, as well as the service staff. It was the end of breakfast time but I was able to get some items. Smoked salmon, a muffin & eggs. Always go items. Lunch did start while I was there, but the cold cuts and other proteins that were laid out, were all pork based (which I don't eat), so I ended up with a good go to snack, cheese and crackers.
