This is a fantastic place for all you can eat style small plates. I have never left here hungry or dissatisfied. It is also great for a big upscale party, it ends up being about $50/pp for a weekend all you can eat dinner that is ordered ala carte at the menu. Most places that do this type of dining tend to sacrifice quality. But never Ambar. I've been coming for years and am so happy with the quality and service.
We had a great server, Ana, and the food was delicious! It was our 5th time eating at Ambar Arlington for a special occasion. It’s always fun to sample their various dishes, and we’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who also happened to be the manager. Even though we didn't have a reservation, he was incredibly accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome. What impressed us even more was that he later came to our table to personally check that everything was going well.
Our server, Mario, was outstanding....
