Sarah is the absolute best bartender, as someone who works in the customer service industry, I can respect when not only having 1v20 customers but keeping calming and being nice and fun with it, itâs absolutely insane, me and my boys all just hit 21 and sheâs an absolute legend when itâs comes to your first bartender, also the smash burger are slightly better than five guys and if your grabbing 1 drink you can get it for 5 bucks. Good value, we got 3 special drinks, 3 burgers, pool table, darts, 6 shots plus tip all for 200 between 3 people, plus an absolute wonderful experience

This bar would be so much better if they had better bar tenders the old white guy that works there as a bartender is the worst and literally makes u loose business on customers that want to spend money

My wife said the fried chicken blt was the best chicken sandwich sheâs had in a long time. Russell at the bar was great and provided excellent service.

I live in Shirlington and frequent a lot of the spots but Astros is by far my favorite. The staff makes it feel like a community and the atmosphere on game days rivals any in the area. Love this place. Special shoutout to Russell and Irena.
If 0 stars was a thing. Refused service on 9/12 because my party did not want to order alcoholic drinks. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked where we could get our orders taken and two employees on teo separate occasions gave very rude responses. Responded by saying that we âare not the only people here tonightâ like we donât have 2 eyes. All we did was ask the question. The customers were running the restaurant, and were just as rude. everyone was just standing around, employees on their phones. Very rude and disrespectful. Not a single full order was taken. Had to go down the street to get food. There is no need to be rude.

Love Astro Beer Hall! I've been coming here since these guys opened and they keep getting better. Great drink selection, fun food mix, including donuts, and the bartenders are money. Looking forward to football Saturdays and Sundays and those great drink specials. Get in there, you won't be disappointed.

Sat outside, very pleasant outside seating. Tables were nice and clean & everything we needed was in caddyâs. Service was excellent. Food was perfect & donuts were so yummy. We ordered shortcake mini donuts. Had a few coffee drinks. I got the Astro breakfast & the cheddar biscuit was so delicious with cream cheese. We also ordered the fried chicken sandwich & tater tots were perfect. I would definitely come back to try other donuts and food options.

Iâve been here a few times but very recently hosted a little birthday gathering. I loved that we had a little section all to ourselves. They blocked it off until we arrived. We also had our own tv. We ordered at the bar and they brought the food out to us. It was a very easy transaction. The bar and wait staff were all thorough and friendly with all our requests. Everyone had a great time!
We love Irina and Astros. Always a good place to stop by and have a drink and apps. Enjoyable atmosphere with TVs and and darts.

You should have it on the menu stating that you must buy a drink in order to participate in ordering from the late night menu. I was told I had to order a drink in order to order from the late night menu. Hope this helps!

We love Astro Beer Hall! Itâs a great spot for watching our local DC sports teams and far flung games like the NFL in Europe. Thereâs a wide variety of food on the menu - something for everyone! Thereâs an extensive draft beer selection and a speciality cocktail menu if youâre looking for something adventurous. The staff keeps us coming back.

The venue in Shirlington is cool. Nice that they have lots of TVs for the football games on the weekend. The food is average to below average. The old Falls Church location had great fried chicken, but the stuff they serve in Shirlington is not even comparable.
