I know the conventional wisdom says not to judge a restaurant before trying it at least three times, but I am definitely judging. As far as the service, they tried way too hard to be friendly, but did not actually want to engage in a meaningful way and make sure that the food actually was good. It just felt like one giant upsell opportunity for them. And the tacos. The cauliflower seasonal taco was actually really, really good! But the shrimp taco completely missed the mark. All of the tacos were flaccid and had only one tortilla. That construction does not hold up the insides! It just felt very cheap and I definitely overpaid for substandard food. I will not return to Bartaco, but maybe you will have a better experience

Over priced. Music too loud. Portions to small. Seats extremely uncomfortable. Taco Bell is better. 7 tacos 2 margaritas 1 guacamole n lousy chips 1 street corn. $92.32. Highway Robbery. Only saving grace was the Margarita. Tasted great. Way too small for $13.50. Ripoff.

Great food, friendly service and good vibes. Having Celiac’s I’m happy to have a place that’s gluten free and celiac friendly with delicious food. I often get ceviche, the pork belly taco, guacamole with chips, plantains and margaritas. I have tried other tacos and bowls too and all are good. It’s nice to try a little bit of everything or share with friends or date.

Nice little taco spot in Ballston. You order through your phone. The drinks were tasty and the tacos were good. If you want a true surprise give the falafel taco a

I ordered I few tacos tonight but when I was biting into my mushroom taco, I bit down on a hard "mushroom" which turned out to be a piece of wood it looks like. This is probably a one off thing but it was very unpleasant.
