It was my first visit. I will return. But, the beignet was so tough. It was late in the morning, near noon, last Thurs. I ordered cpffee and a beignet. The coffee was very good, but the beignet was so tough that I had difficulty taking a bite. Had it been heated in a microwave? I've only had a beiignet once before. A nice little corner brunch shop. Staff are polite and the food is delicious! Try their Louisiana style French beignets and biscuits! They are delicious! Coffee and hot chocolate are good as well!
Lovely place offering authentic New Orléans delicacies like Chicory Coffee, beignets, and Gambo wuth indoir and outdoor seating. The owner is a renowned chef that also doubles as a responsible member of tge community treating his employees well and helping those in need in the neighborhood.
