I don't know why this place has bad reviews. The burger was delicious, onion rings were the best I've ever had & the slaw was a worthy contender. The prices are on par with the area. Slightly slow service but one can assume that means it is being prepared fresh. We will definitely be back.

I really like this place and their food is most of the time 10/10 but I feel bad you guys have only one person working especially during weekend , there hasn’t been a weekend that I hasn’t ordered and when I come to pick up my food is still being made and I see only one person working for all the orders. Please appreciate your workers more and provide enough staff for the weekends.

I liked it! I ordered a frito rito and it was exactly what I craved: warm, gooey, crunchy. Lots of nicely grilled veggies in it and I loved that it had fritos in it! I'm not vegan but I do enjoy exploring new plant-based foods - so just know that it won't be a classic taqueria carne asada burrito. It can't be. It's vegan. Here's what I'd do to improve the establishment:
1. Make it a bit more obvious that someone is in there working. It's hard to look into the kiosk and it's really dark and quiet and you order on a tablet self-service style. Therefore, I actually had to peak my head it to make sure there was someone there to receive my order lol
2. Add a burrito to the menu that does not use fake meat. Aka, just rice, veg, plant-based cheese, maybe potatoes? Sometimes I crave veg but not meat alternatives.

Have visited three separate times now during listed business hours only to find out they're closed. It's incredibly easy to change your hours on google maps or post on social media that you'll be unexpectedly closed; refusing to do so for so long and so often is incredibly frustrating.
Not sure if the recipes have changed since the DC location closed or what, but the quality of food, especially for the price, has dropped significantly. Onion rings are nicely crisp but have always been way oversalted.
Was very excited about the taquitoes and while the tortillas are nice and crispy and the sauce is fine, the inside just tastes like unseasoned spongy soy product. $14 for a fancy fried green tomato grilled cheese is nuts. Also the staff cannot understand English; this isn't a political statement but customers need to be able to communicate information. Location is nice if it's a nice day outside but otherwise not.
There are a lot of plant based burger spots out there, but Bubbies is next level. They take such pride and care in crafting their culinary creations. They are always coming up with something fun and delicious, the menu never gets stale. The Buzz is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. At busy times it can take a while to get your order, but that is to be expected when trying to staff a small burger stand. If I had a suggestion it would be to add more options to remove certain ingredients from items on the online ordering system and to bring back the monkey wrench which was my favorite burger! I definitely recommend Bubbies to both vegans and non-vegans.

Three people in group, only two are vegan - I am not. I had the main burger and fries. All of us enjoyed the meals, one of us got a milk shakes and they could not stop talking about how delicious it was. I enjoyed the burger, again I am not a vegan so the 'bacon' was removed because it was not to my liking. Everything else was great - sweet potato fries are on point and the size was perfect. We decided to sit out at one of the tables, most the other customers got theirs to go. Parking garage across the street, beautiful spot to grab lunch - I highly recommend.

No idea what it’s like because they NEVER come to the window to take your order. The staff walked by four times in 15-20 mins and never said a word. Another guy there said he had been waiting for one milkshake for 40 mins.
