The bartender Deja and I'm assuming the manager a young gentleman ignored me for about 10 minutes upon arrival at the bar. I politely tried to ask about happy hour specials. Was snidely told yeah 3-6. You would think she would ask my drink order. No she went back to playing in manager guys face. No it was not her time to change shift over because she worked through the time it took me to drink my beer and leave . Was treated like a burden. First didn't have my shot I asked for from happy hour. Second never asked if I wanted any food. 3 she didn't speak to me again after telling me she didn't have my requested shot. Will never return here again. Piss poor staff and no atmosphere. This is it on a Friday choose somewhere else.

Holly has extremely bad customer service. She literally had me and my friends waiting on her for 30-40 minutes to get our food And when we got our food it was extremely cold and soggy. She said “oh the kitchen is extremely backed up they have orders coming in left and right.” When there were no more than 5 tables. We told her separate checks and she brought us one whole check. And she also said “make sure to leave a tip plz and thank you” which kinda bothered us but hey at least we know where not to eat!!

Went in to grab a drink after work at 10:25 PM, a server told us it was last call…. Okay? That was the first tall tell that it was going to be a bad experience. So I sat down at the bar with my man & waited many minutes to even be told hello. Bad attitude from the bartender, told her to make a vodka red bull … 2 ingredients shouldn’t be that hard to make in 5 minutes. She then proceeded to ask the couple next to us 3-4 different questions after taking our order. Okay fine. We waited, she then sat at the computer for the remainder of the time & talked to a coworker. So I took my business somewhere else. As a veteran server/bartender, hire people who actually can comprehend good service.

This place has gone downhill significantly. For a while, it seemed to close randomly and unpredictably. Even when open, it's woefully understaffed. Placed a takeout order on the app, and it took 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence, Food is still good, but be ready to wait for it. As for the atmosphere, if you like watching a game by yourself it might work for you, because it's absolutely dead inside.
Closing at 11pm? Get there at 9.37pm? Tell them they're dreaming!

Liars!!!! Screw this place! We showed up to this place to find it shut down a few months ago. We wrote a review and they replied with their copy and paste message as they do with EVERY review about “making it right”. No one reached out so BWW, stop copying and pasting your whack replies. Awful service, we waited 45 minutes to place an order in the bar área because the manager and bartender were having a conversation. We had to go back to work and when we asked for service the server was very rude.

It was a cold night and we needed hot food. Wings came out room temperature first time, barely warm the second time.Manager refused to comp cold food and I felt if I sent it back a second time the chefs would mess with my food. Server actually was awesome and worked really hard but they have a terrible kitchen staff and a manager who does not care if you get cold food. No restaurant I’ve worked at would serve a cold plate twice in a row. Super dissatisfied

The Food and the atmosphere was good. But the Service was terrible. I can tell the Restaurant was understaffed. It took over 20 minutes or more for the server to get me my orders. I don't plan to come back again until this place provides better service even when they're understaffed.
