The food is absolutely delicious! I had the buuz, horshurr and tsuivan. True legit Mongolian food right here. Whoever has been to UB in Mongolia will know of this awesomeness. If you haven’t been to UB doesn’t matter just come and enjoy these mouth presents you will not be disappointed.
I tried the pad Thai with tofu, the Tsuivan (aka Beef Stir Fry Noodle), and the Buuz (dumplings with some kind of papaya/lemongrass salad?). Everything was good, especially the Mongolian dishes, and my favorite was the buuz. This was my first time trying Mongolian food and it wasn’t very spiced, instead the dishes just let the fresh fruit and fried onions be the main flavor, and I was happy with it! Simple and hearty.
