Been twice now and had the same server, who had the right touch of professionalism and service. Husband and friend enjoyed 3 different wines, and I was happy they had a tasty NA beer I could enjoy. Our soupe de poissons was so flavorful and the aioli and bread took it over the top. Husband enjoyed his onion soup as well. Husband had croque madame same as last time since he enjoyed it, and it was consistently good like last time. Friend and I tried the chicken - I never have chicken...
The food was excellent and the service good although a bit slow. The noise level was very high when we arrived but got better as people left. If you want a quiet dining experience come early or late.
Cafe Colline is our local favorite. The food is outstanding - the potato crusted salmon, braised short ribs, rilletes, and creme brulee are faves. The bartender, Alex, makes a mean cocktail -- and is glad to customize or make recommendations. The service is excellent and the setting is cozy.
