Taylor was a phenomenal server! He convinced us to get the bacon wrapped shrimp, house made sangria, and their famous vodka chicken parm. He was very attentive and sincere. I came for my birthday and he made the day extra special! I would definitely dine here again because of him.

We decided on Carbonara as a last minute dinner spot to kick off my husband’s birthday. A co-worker recommended it and drives from Sterling for their food.
All reservations were booked and when I called ahead they recommended we get there early and grab some patio seating. That worked out great and our server, Caitlin, was super friendly and attentive. She even gave him a birthday tiramisu which was amazing.
