I think this is an acquired taste for sure! Just because I don’t personally think the cookies are worth $3.50-$4 doesn’t mean others won’t! I’m giving 4 stars because I think the cookies are definitely overpriced. 🍪 The staff are kind, the place is clean, and the ambiance is great. I think this type of business could flourish if they locked in a better cookie dough quality vs what tastes like a mass produced one!
I had to leave a review after my experience at Chip City because Ricardo seriously went above and beyond.
I came in super indecisive and honestly a little overwhelmed with all the options, and he didn’t rush me at all. He walked me through the flavors, gave honest recommendations, and even helped me put together a mix based on what I told him I usually like. Went there on 2 March on the recommendation of a nurse at the nearby dermatologist's office. Served by a really pleasant, helpful man, and walked away with delicious cookies. A win!
