I ordered a bowl here and I have an allergy to almonds. When the server making my bowl scooped the ice cream for my bowl she accidentally got the silk almond chocolate flavor in it. After seeing her do this i tried to be polite and ask her if she got any of the almond milk chocolate in it. She lied straight to my face and said “nope”. And like an idiot I proceeded to pay for something I fully knew I couldn’t eat. I definitely should have been more assertive but that’s a retarded thing to lie about.

Do not buy from this location- the store messed up my cake and when I requested a new cake they refused. When I spoke to the manager he presented a ‘too bad’ attitude and refused to address the problem. No customer service. My cake was customized after I purchased and waited, not ahead of time so the problem could have been resolved. For your extremely high price for a generic tasting ice cream cake you need to step up your customer service.

Sure, it's a chain. But the staff make all the difference. I got a "small" which would be a large anywhere else of coffee and fudge and the staff member was super amazing. Super helpful and patient with me. Next time though, I think I'll get the kids size.

Cold Stone Creamery is one of my favorite ice cream parlors. They have a lot of flavors that you can choose from. It’s in a nice neighborhood, so you’ll enjoy the outside atmosphere. If you want an indoor space, you can enter through the Crystal shops gate where there are some tables and chairs. An excellent place to enjoy with your friends or by yourself!
I haven't had Cold Stone since high school, so this is nostalgic when I discovered there's a location here in the area.It's cool to see them make the ice cream in front of you and it taste even better once you taste it. I would pass on the waffle cones as it seems like they've been either sitting out for a while, absorbed the humidity, or old. Plus they cost extra so save yourself a few bucks and just stick with the cup.

Them kids that work here play too much. Too much laughing and talking while serving food. Saliva is going everywhere. Then, 4 people making orders at the same time is unsanitary. Im getting everyone elses toppings on my order with no regard for food allergies or anything. I should've just walked out. All im saying is that it's more sanitary ways to have fun at work other than over people food. At the end of the day, it's just ice cream, but how would you feel if people were indirectly spitting in your food and adding items to your order you don't like or want?

Definitely not the best Cold Stone. Service was non-existent. The specialty flavors barely had the mix ins. I didn't taste any peanut butter or Reese's in mine at this location. They also didn't have the dipped bowl/cones with peanuts. I was disappointed for sure because the last location we visited was great, and this one was a dud.
