High employee turnover at the Rosslyn location means you never know what you're going to get. In the last 3 months I'd say they have gotten my order right maybe 50% of the time. Wrong size, hot vs cold, wrong milk, too sweet etc....Trying to cash in on your points via the app is almost impossible.
