Stopped by Compass Coffee in Rosslyn and had the best cortado I’ve had in Washington, D.C. Mia was absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about great coffee. The cortado was perfectly balanced and exquisitely made. Outstanding service and an exceptional coffee experience. I’ll definitely be back!
I stopped by Compass Coffee before my trip back home. By its appearance, Compass Coffee radiates a 10/10 world-class vibe. Unfortunately, the menu is underwhelming and doesn't match the vibe Compass Coffee gives off. What's worse is the coffee. I ordered a cup of Americano, and it was just slightly better than what you'd get from Starbucks - burnt taste. If you are looking to vibe-max, this place is good. But if you want good coffee, look elsewhere.
