Why have coffee shops decided to just not provide foam anymore?I’ve ordered lattes from so many places lately, and I get zero foam. Today at compass, however, was the first time I had specifically requested EXTRA FOAM AND STILL NOT GOTTEN ANY FOAM.

Disgusting just paid for a coffee. I went up to the counter and asked do you have a drink for romana and they suggested the drink on counter called Ronnie was mine, even though I spelt my name to the cashier, it’s clearly for a different person. The girl then makes me a new coffee which tastes burnt and gave it to me in a dirty cup. That is absolutely disgusting giving me a used cup, I only noticed when I reached my office 2 minutes away. I will not drink this as it’s unhygienic. Is this how you treat a paying customer.

I used to love Compass -- so why a one star review?This place is infested with small flies. There were so many in the pastries on display for sale that I lost count. There were on the food items, on the glass, all around it.So unsanitary and gross. Who knows what it looks like back of house if that is what FOH has.
Visit was, Sunday, Jan 7, 2024. We will be back. The staff is pleasant, and the bathrooms are clean. The heat was a tad too warm, but that’s because it was a warmer day. All seats were full, but it was still very spacious with wonderful natural lighting.

Very nice space, but very overpriced for the coffee quality, more than Starbucks. Coffee over roasted, tastes burnt. Charge full price for refills. Small drip and a breakfast sandwich runs $11. They seem to price it so you’ll use their rewards system, so it’s the equivalent of choosing the gas station that charges 25% more bc you’ve got a certain card. Fair if you’re working in the space like some people do I guess.
