The Delhi Dhaba what’s a pleasant treat for a lazy Sunday evening and humid Washington. Located in Clarendon, the pleasant quiet little sister of DC. Nestel in a beautiful little alley is a nice cost friendly Indian restaurant. We started with the Samosa, which was typical and nothing to write home about. But the salmon masala was quite tasty and the garlic naan was good. The food was a tad bit mild for my taste, but I can understand that being the tourist rich...
THis place use to be more of a takeout, they have really improved the interior. The food is 5 star the furniture is ok but it's well worth it. I took my very critical family there when it comes to Indian food and they LOVED it. Thank goodness! LOL We went for Mothers Day and it was great.
Food was amazing. Complimentary yogurt drinks x4 because they had to make the butter chicken fresh so late at night. It was amazing. Naan bread was also fantastic. Had to take more than half of it back to our hotel because we got so full! Double win! We appreciated them seating us just 10 minutes before order cutoff.
