Man, this place is super convenient. Right off the metro into my office. The app makes things even easier with a quick pick up. At least it used to be that way. You know how one personality sometimes becomes the face of whatever establishment they work at? Valeria was that face for the Crystal City DD. Everyone I work with knows the DD lady. You could tell she was disciplined with her crew, but she got twice as much done with half the people. She was friendly and remembered your name. I don't know what happened to Valeria, but DD should beg her to come back and give her a 40% raise. The place is a mess now... Stale coffee, slow service, employees walking around like NPCs. I still drop by but it isn't a boost to my day, and I usually just walk the extra 10 minutes out of my way to Starbucks. They don't have a Valeria, but at least their coffee isn't stale.

The staff here recently changed and the new cashier never gets off his phone, even when taking your order. The drink quality has also gone down and the location is often out of menu items. I love Dunkin, but there is no shortage of alternative coffee places in the neighborhood. This is probably the worst full service Dunkin I've been to.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin Donuts since 2018 every morning M-F while at work and never thought I would have to make a bad review until now… The company got rid of the Spanish lady that basically ran the whole morning shift by herself (and made it work) for a group of kids that don’t come to work on time rude and very untrained and unprofessional. Ever since the new staff has taken over it takes 20mins to get your order because not enough people are there to make orders and they tell you you have to wait because thats not there station. The new manager just stands there on her phone they have conversations in Spanish when you say something about how long you’ve been waiting if nothing changes they won’t be here to much longer. I’ve reach out to the District manger and nothing has changed. Hope the company sees this and does something because I would hate for them to be pushed out of the property for poor leadership.

My friends and I are on the road on a trip, and decided to get some Dunkins for breakfast. I ordered through the app, and we had a difficult time trying to find where exactly it was. We picked up our breakfast and then headed out, only to find out they never gave us our apple juices, or the donut I had ordered - they mentioned they didn't have donuts at all, but never refunded me. I called the help service on the Dunkins app and I'm thankfully getting a refund for the items I didn't receive. One of the items we got was a bagel bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The bagel was probably 3 weeks old; it was so stale! Thankfully, we'll never go back to this location again, and honestly, I don't recommend it.

Been waiting in line from 6 am to 7:20 am the lady manager ignored us and said she won’t open the store because she is waiting on someone to come… that not a service people needs to go to work the same way you made it to your job respect peoples time don’t ignore us we are humans when we want to find out why you don’t want to open your store at 7am

The cashier didn’t listen and decided a skim milk peppermint mocha was the same as a black coffee with some chocolate syrup added. When the error was pointed out, I was given a cup with a splash of milk with a few squirts of chocolate syrup. There wasn’t even a hint of mint!! Total waste of time and money.

Stopped on the way to the Metro for breakfast. The service was great and the employees were very friendly. I ended up throwing everything away that we ordered though. I ordered two identical drinks and they tasted completely different, both were so intensely sweet they were inedible. The sausage egg cheese croissant looked and tasted terrible. I’m not picky about breakfast food and never met a breakfast sandwich that’s done me wrong; until now.
My experience from Aug 30th to Sept 2nd at this location was the best. I had to stay at the Marriott Crystal Gateway for few days as I had a problem in the parking lot so I stopped at this location every morning for breakfast. Barbara was extremely nice with me and my family. She was kind, funny, always with a smile that really made our day. To bad we are far as I live in Canada but I will hardly recommend this place with Barbara and the Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte. :)Kid-friendliness: They were so nice with my girls that they kept asking going there and see Barbara.

Nothing nothing is worse than getting the wrong coffee in the morning. This is the second time at this location has added pumpkin spice to a butter, pecan and caramel small iced coffee. I hate pumpkin spice so it's even worse. I let it go the first time, but today the lady at the counter asked me to repeat my order and still got it wrong.
