My friends and I are on the road on a trip, and decided to get some Dunkins for breakfast. I ordered through the app, and we had a difficult time trying to find where exactly it was. We picked up our breakfast and then headed out, only to find out they never gave us our apple juices, or the donut I had ordered - they mentioned they didn't have donuts at all, but never refunded me. I called the help service on the Dunkins app and I'm thankfully getting a refund for the items...read full review

Been waiting in line from 6 am to 7:20 am the lady manager ignored us and said she won’t open the store because she is waiting on someone to come… that not a service people needs to go to work the same way you made it to your job respect peoples time don’t ignore us we are humans when we want to find out why you don’t want to open your store at 7am

The cashier didn’t listen and decided a skim milk peppermint mocha was the same as a black coffee with some chocolate syrup added. When the error was pointed out, I was given a cup with a splash of milk with a few squirts of chocolate syrup. There wasn’t even a hint of mint!! Total waste of time and money.
