I have gotten many of their burgers, fries, and veggie sandwiches since around 2000. The quality has been uniform: always excellent! You definitely get your money's worth there 🙂 And you can make the meal a little healthier by loading your burger with veggie toppings.

I’ve been a longtime customer of Five Guys, but unfortunately the quality has noticeably declined. The burger meat doesn’t taste as fresh or flavorful as it used to, and the overall texture feels different. The pickles were served frozen, which significantly affected the taste and experience. Given the prices, I expected much better quality and consistency. I hope the company takes steps to return to the standards that originally made Five Guys stand out
