Hands down the best vegan Ruben I’ve ever had. The rye bread was toasted perfectly, the sauerkraut was tangy, the smoked tempeh was a delicious stand in for corned beef, and put together with the dressing and the cheese it was melt in your mouth delicious. I also ordered the eggplant fries which were delightful! I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items!

Stumbled upon this spot and am so glad I did! After our first time here, my boyfriend and I liked it so much that we came back five days later. Not only does it have great beer and a very cool dive-bar-vibe, but it is so wonderful that literally every item on the menu can be made vegan, with a huge selection of meat alternatives and yummy vegan cheeses (there's also a create-your-own section!) Galaxy Hut is a solid spot for a casual meal. The pizza and wings are flavorful and satisfying, the portions are generous, and the vibe is laid-back and easygoing. The staff are friendly and keep things moving, making it a great place to grab a bite with friends. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
