The unit manager Marcellos in the Washington Dulles International Airport provided us with an extremely amazing service. The food was delicious and the staff were all very helpful and friendly.
Marcellos was very welcoming and helping, offering us free drinks as we were a large group!

I had a fantastic experience here, Marcellos the unit manager was fantastic and so friendly. Everyone should try brb burger
Marcellus was the working manager and he made sure everything was perfect and that we were still on time to catch our flight!
Marcellus was attentive and courteous. He made me feel as though I was the only customer who mattered. He was respectful and considerate. The burger I ordered was perfect.
Marcellos (unit manager) was the bomb dot com/excellent customer service and beautiful smile

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility. They do not add the full set of ingredients to the panini that is ordered! Moreover, they refuse to admit it. So be prepared not to see ham or anything else in your $10+ sandwich….

Cinnamon roll was hard as a hockey puck. They had no business serving that, so it shows they don’t have any standards. The muffins were fresh, though. Decent coffee.

Upon arrival I observed staff holding a personal conversation nerving stopping to even acknowledge me. Once I got someone to help me I waited for my order and observed another staff with gloves on dig into an old greasy bag and put some food of some sort into an cup and began to eat out of it. Then she rubbed her gloved hand across the counter and immediately opened the window to sort out croissants. Once I asked for a refund she asked why? I explained to her what I observed and she laughed and started singing an offensive song. All while laughing in my face. Her coworkers refused to give me her name. I only found out whom Eric was bc he was on the receipt although he wasn’t the one who told my order. I told them that I’d call in and report Eric since his name is on the receipt and another coworker stated that the lady wasn’t Eric that the male was. So very unprofessional. I was disgusted and could hardly eat my meal from another place bc of the disgust I had to watch the young lady do. Very unsanitary.

Y’all… we gotta do something about terrible airport food. You can charge $10 for an English muffin but I mean come on, it has to be at least mediocre for that price. Instead it’s processed, flavorless, not fresh, and under portioned. The ladies working there were very nice and hardworking. Especially for early in the morning.
