Amazing amazing amazing . Very good value with good quality of food. Service is good . It’s suitable for big party of group . I definitely will come back .

Gyu San has a decent atmosphere, but overall the experience was underwhelming. The food was just average—nothing particularly memorable. I was especially disappointed with the sushi, which didn’t taste fresh. Service also left a lot to be desired; staff seemed inattentive and not very friendly. It’s not a terrible spot, but I expected better given the reputation.

Super good!! All you can eat options have so many choices and I feel like it's such a great value for your money, especially with a big group. Come hungry - you only get 90 minutes!

I visited Gyu San for dinner with my family of 3. We had the gold option ($78) from the all you can eat menu (90 min dining).

The service was quick and the food was good. Our server was great and provided us with some great suggestions. I wish I could remember his name to give him his kudos.

The only negative comment was when we paid our bill and the manager (I think) told us we had to pretty much leave as I was finishing up my drink. Apparently, another group was waiting to be seated.

When I got home, I looked at my receipt to see how long we had been dining, and it was literally an hour from the check opened to when we cashed out.

I really wanted to give 5 stars because I thoroughly enjoyed my time up to the point of being practically pushed out the door after paying a bill that was almost $250.

I’m unsure if I’ll be back or recommend.

We had an exceptional experience here with friends. The wagyu is tender and flavorful, the lobster is good too. Servers were attentive and helpful. Would recommend

Went here for my father’s birthday and really enjoyed everything about Gyu San. The atmosphere and styling was done very well and the staff were very nice. The cooking experience was fun and easy and my premium harami was amazing! Hope to come here again soon.

THEY CHOP THE MEAT ON THE FLOOR - I AM NOT KIDDING OR EXAGGERATING! I was horrified to look over and see one of the cooks crouched over a small cutting board that was placed directly on the floor of the kitchen, seeing him hack away at pieces of meat as they spilled over the side of the board and onto the floor. He just scooped them back up, put them BACK ON THE BOARD, set those pieces aside, and started hacking away at a new piece of meat. The shock of it all took me a minute to process, considering I had already eaten a round of meats but I immediately brought it to the hostesses attention. She didn’t seem surprised at all, said she would get her manager, never did, and left us without answers. After I told her, someone went into the kitchen to say something, the floor chopping stopped, cooks shot us ugly looks, and all cooking activities continued out of sight.

I am begging you - do not eat here. I looked up their most recent health inspection (sept ‘24) and although they passed, I know from direct sources that businesses often know when they are going to be inspected so will prepare and act accordingly. Which I suspect is the case here.

I am heartbroken because I really REALLY liked this place. I ate there more than I should have and often recommended it to people. Not anymore! AVOID! They need to be held responsible! Yuck!

Great service and bbq! I wish I had asked if the California roll was imitation crab before ordering because that was surprising to see at a Japanese restaurant but besides that really good. I would recommend it especially the short rib.
