I came by for a quick drink while I waited for my ride. I was really warmly greeted and sat at the bar. I canceled my ride after I fell in love with the vibe. The initial classic cocktail I ordered was perfect so I figured I'd try a signature cocktail with some small bites. I tried two trendy dishes I had seen on social media and was so happy it was as delicious as it was beautiful. Good vibes, good drinks, delicious food. See you soon Himalayan Wild Yak!
Such a hidden gem, they gave a little starter which surprised me. It was a puffy rice with pickled radishes and it was vaguely sweet? But crispy and good. Got the Yak Korma, brussels, chatpatey, garlic naan, and Buffalo Momos. All were so good
Food was really delicious and authentic, really enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures, and a hit with the kids too. The cultural drinks were delightful as well. We got the wild boar, pork belly, braised yak, butter chicken, naan and brussel sprouts. Naan is a bit different as this is not an indian restaurant. We will make a trip back for sure.
