Upped their prices recently, less ice cream for higher price.

Our server Trinity was especially kind as she personally suggested flavours and presented samples per request. The strawberry matcha is delectable and earthy, while the banana bourbon delivers a banana foster-like flavour. Comparable prices for the area & would return again to try new flavours. ??

Went for ice cream with family. Probably just before 9pm on July 4th as going outside to watch fireworks. Jubilee employee who assisted me just seemed disinterested. Asked for a cone, didn’t have any. Asked for the ice cream sandwich, didn’t have it. Asked for a sundae with toppings. Couldn’t do it as apparently they had put all of those items away for the night. Again around 9p and I believe they closed at 10p. Maybe they were trying to get out early for fireworks too?? If that was the case, just close and don’t provide partial inadequate service. I was disinterested at that point. Family members said ice cream was good, but really disappointed with experience and not a fan…

Awesome variety of flavors. Unfortunately several of the tubs were melted/lidded, and one (of two) of the soft serve flavors was too frozen to serve - not sure if the malfunctions are common at this location or I just came on a bad day, but I would be happy to try another Jubilee location in the future. Sampled several flavors (only two per person, but luckily I came with a friend who already knew what they wanted): red bean almond, matcha strawberry, mango sticky rice, and a passionfruit guava sorbet. Mango sticky rice tasted amazing, ordered it even though it was the only flavor among those I tasted that was melted. The other flavors were pretty decent - overall a 3 considering all the malfunctions, but perhaps a 4 otherwise

The employees are unorganized and their machines are broken. I was the first person in line and the employee took my order and then I waited 30 mins while she took other peoples orders before starting mine. All while another employee was standing there complaining about a broken iPad doing nothing. Another employee just walked away. When they finally got to making my order the milkshake machine breaks and I get a watered down excuse of a milkshake. I paid extra for toppings which they discovered they ran out of after I paid because they waited 30 mins to make my order. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Great ice cream

My Fiancee and I stopped by here a few days ago for a quick dessert, and let me tell you, the flavors were phenomenal, and the service was even better. Ishmael helped us out with our order and made our visit a memorable one. I will be back for sure.

The little bit of ice cream they put on is a joke! My son's ice cream had hair ? bad service and I thought it was super expensive and the quality too bad.. You don't feel like eating ice cream.
