I would like to thank Eyan for his patience, as I had my kids with me trying to choose a flavor. He was very helpful, the kids were happy with their icecream. The icecream is excellent, very yummy and there are many options to pick from.

This place used to be a lot better. The ice cream is still okay but not as good as it used to be, in particular the Thai tea ice cream has gotten significantly worse now that they brought it back after initially discontinuing it. The new one is completely bland whereas it actually used to taste like tea.
The service has been consistently extremely slow. They are severely understaffed as it seems there is only ever one person there working whenever we go, so if there are ever even just a few people in line it takes way too long.
I'm sad to say ice cream jubilee isn't what it used to be. I feel like prepandemic the flavors and service were both much better. The last time I tried the Thai tea flavor it was so full of xanthan gum it was stretching a ton. This time, less stretchy, but it didn't really taste like anything, least of all Thai tea. I remember when it used to taste very much like the tea, you could see the tiny flecks of tea leaves in it, and it was super smooth and flavorful. Just feels like they have cut corners a lot more over the past few years. The Ballston location also feels like it's constantly understaffed. It's summer and there's just one person manning the kiosk, and that's not the first time I've seen that. I'm just really disappointed that a local place just isn't as good anymore
