The food was delicious, though the service was pretty slow. The staff were very polite and nice, but it took us a bit of waiting to order our food, and it took forever to get our check. We couldn’t find our server for almost 20 minutes, and we only got our check when he checked in on us later. The restaurant was not even busy; there were maybe only 3 other parties dining with us. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, not too fun but not too bland, either.

I sat at the bar and watched the four chefs behind the bar. They worked fast and independently without any communication. Perhaps they used telepathy. My Lotus drink was great, strong and sweet. The avocados were brown spotted so I was surprised they used them in the to go orders. The rest of the ingredients looked fresh and my Chicago Roll and Eel Nigiri were both filling and savory. The woman's bathroom needs some TLC, maintenance or a remodel. Everything was rusty and they were out of toilet seat covers and soap. The toilet paper was thinner than a hair. There was toilet paper all over the ground. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. Good music and nice lanterns.

Rice Burnt , no taste Beef noodle taste like( jerky and top ramen ) Tempura fried to much batter taste like pancakes Out of 3 sushi rolls 1 was good 1 no meat (more cucumber ) 1 don't even know what it was

I will not recommend none of my associates/ clients or anybody to eat here.

Had the best Steak Teriyaki that I’ve ever had!! I’m from the Midwest and I know BEEF! They know BEEF! We share that in common now! I didn’t give five stars in all categories, because my water did not get refilled. The food did come out fast.

Decent place with decent prices. Overall not bad for the price. It’s close to my work so offers convenience. There’s plenty of nearby parking in garages which helps. Service is pretty good and the setting is very casual but comfortable. I usually get the chicken teriyaki bento box which provides a well balanced meal. My wife and daughter had the pork and chicken katsu don (respectively).

My family (2 parents, 2 tween/teens) LOVE this place. We live south of DC, but go here often because we go to many shows. It is not out of the way if we are driving to the National Theater or Kennedy Center and it is half a block from Signature Theater so it is always convenient. The food is delicious and well made, the service is always fast, and the music is not too loud. The prices are typical for Arlington fare and for fresh seafood. The ramen bowl is so authentic and they apparently take hours to make it. Do not tell all of your friends about this place though because we don't want it to get too crowded!

It’s our favorite sushi & ramen place, and the service is so fast and the atmosphere is amazing!! They always play great music, it ends up turning into karaoke night too haha. Ichiban never lets us down, it’s what we look forward to every month :)

I've been coming to Ichiban for a long time and I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite places to be. Grace, the owner, is very present, approachable, and easy going. You can tell she cares about the guest's experience. The ramen is amazing! I'm still trying to make it through the whole sushi list but what I have tried has been fantastic. Sumber, the bartender/server, has never let me down. I've been there enough that he knows what I want before I do.
