This is an all-time. Lassi. For my wife and I. We eat here 2-3 times a month. The teriyaki salmon, sushi, and apps are top notch. We’ve tried some of the more expensive sushi places in DC and this place beats it by far.

First time!! Very friendly service, the sushi look so vibrant and delicious the Miso soup is out of this world along with the eel avocado and Philly roll. Full of flavor you can taste the freshness service was above and beyond. Looking forward to come back again and sit in the dining room and try other dishes. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I wanted to share a delightful dining experience with you. Every time I find myself near Shirlington, there's one place that I always make sure to stop by for a meal -Ichiban Sushi & Ramen. Their ramen is truly exceptional and I dare say it's the best I've ever had! Not only is the food outstanding, but the staff there always go above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
If you ever have the chance to visit Shirlington, I highly recommend trying out the ramen at Ichiban Sushi & Ramen. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

To the reviewer earlier today about the server who “didn’t talk me” and “was on her phone” - did you know the circumstances around the establishment? Did you know she was the one server who was in the restaurant from 10:30 am to still being here now at 7:30 and will be here to close? Did you know she is working w/o any air conditioning (going on the 2nd week)? So I am angry that you choose to comment such a trivial “review” - yes, your experience and you are entitled (🙄) to it, but maybe think a bit - she hasn’t had an official break all day and is in horribly hot work conditions, and btw she is one of the best in the industry around this area. I am not pleased with the conditions of the restaurant either, but I will continue to support the staff when I am able. Respectfully, she NOT deserve your review. Hopefully, her boss sees this “review” as well!

The waitress only talked to me when taking the order and went back to her phone the whole time. The food tasted okay.
A staple in our household - we eat here Atleast once per week. Dine in, take out, bar seating - all fabulous. The staff are friendly but not over bearing. We’ve never gotten a wrong order or missing items. The sushi is fresh and made to order. I’m a big fan of their appetizers and ramen. Lunch specials are worth the hype and happy hour is great after a long workday. We’ve been eating here for 5 years and have no intent on stopping. Please don’t ever change!

Expansive menu selection. However, ramen base was limited to miso, soy, or vegetable (?) The beef and chicken had great flavor. The spicy was really hot but lacked depth of flavor. Great atmosphere would come back to try the sushi.
