This IHOP is NOT open 24 hrs a day. I hauled my family over here only to discover that the 24 hrs a day thing applies to carry-out ONLY and that the dining room doesn't actually open until 6:00am. They advertise everywhere as open 24 hrs but fail in all that advertising to mention that very important distinction. This is blatantly false advertising and very disappointing. When we finally ate, the food was ok, pretty good really but service was slow, and the waitress got our order wrong. Pretty much a D- experience.

Santina was very courteous, friendly and was patient. I had blueberry pancakes - eggs combo, it was fantastic. When customer service is good I forget about everything else, at the same time the ambience, parking, cleanliness inside all are good.

Still a great place to get an excellent, affordable breakfast. Met an old friend there who lives in senior housing close by and it was perfect for two old codgers talkin' loud! Love a place that gives you free refills all day long if you want.

Nothing really stands out, good or bad. The food was good. Our waitress was nice. It's gotten more expensive just like everywhere else. They do have their own parking lot with free parking, which is unusual for the area.

Overall was decent. It’s unfortunate how downhill eating out has gotten. $20 doesn’t get you very much anymore. It was a cute little restaurant. I felt awkward eating there. But the people were nice.

This place never fails. I only like coming here during the week day. It’s hardly crowded. The weekends are packed and it’s just not worth going.
Our server Alte (I think that’s how you spell her name- we went there at 9am on Wed), was great. She took our order and brought my coffee immediately. My kids ordered from the kids menu which was a hit! One ordered chicken nuggets with fruits and the other one ordered Mac & Cheese with hash browns. It’s not the healthiest but they both finished their meals and apple juices.
We didn’t feel rushed because it wasn’t crowded. The food took about 15 mins to bring to our table which was fine because we were not in a hurry.
The kid’s coloring sheets had so many cool activities. My 7 yrs old really enjoyed it. There’s plenty of parking and it’s free. On the weekends, it’s hard to grab a parking spot so you have to park on the street. The bathroom was surprisingly cold (don’t know why) and you need the code because they don’t want non-customers to use it.
It was an affordable breakfast before I dropped off my oldest. I have to remember to come here for an easy breakfast treat. Not fancy but delicious and all the workers were nice.
I think the biggest group you can comfortable fit at a table is probably 6 people. I wouldn’t bring a stroller. It’s a small IHOP. Most of the tables are for a party of 4. If you are looking for a big IHOP, I would go to Potomac Yard.
