Quick service, quick food, nice servers. This is the only location so far in the country to actually cook my wife's food how she asks, she just wants her bacon and sausage crispy and we didn't have to ask for it to be fixed. Props to that.
And I travel the country visiting IHOP location, I even used to work as a server years ago.
I can't think of a more American restaurant than IHOP.
Parking: Semi small parking lot but at least it's easy to get to and wide open.

This place is such a solid restaurant, decent quality food for a cheap price in under ten minutes. The workers are all so nice, caring and hardworking. There's always beautiful decorations for the seasons too!
We went to the IHOP in Arlington for the first time, and it was a bit cramped inside. The space is small, which made it feel a little crowded, especially if you're sitting in a booth. The seating wasn’t the most comfortable either, so keep that in mind if you're big.
The food was good, though! They have all the classic breakfast options. Our server was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a decent experience, even if it wasn't the coziest place to eat. If you love breakfast food, it's still worth a visit!
One thing I don’t liked was that the manager attitude. I am so disappointed by the manager service. First time , I want in store asked them to wash my hand however they didn’t allowed me to wash my hand until I ordered food. I am not homeless but they treated me like homeless. It was great shame too do that. Then I clearly understood here tactic , I sit down ordered my food then asked the customer server the restroom pin code. Now she gave me the pin. Why all this needed, Just she was don’t like my color. I feel bad about her drama. Even they didn’t served me during the dining. The manager standing on the front desk and watch her phone during my dining time. I never seen when the manager of restaurant performed a job like this. I didn’t said any thing ate my food and finally enjoy this comment.

Update Sept 2024: Multi flavored syrups are back! Service was spot on and the food has not changed. Still an all-time favorite of ours especially the kids. They have adopted the new POS system. Where the wait staff can take care of your bill right at your table. No more waiting in line at the front. Thanks iHop!
Original Review: Has been a favorite of ours since the kids were little. This location was a tad bit on the slow side of service but covid made finding help pretty difficult I guess these days...? I was sad that they do not have the multiple choices of pancake syrups anymore. Other than that, it's a decent breakfast for a decent price and we got what we expected, a pretty consistent level of food and service quality overall.
