Mazaro's is a hidden gem in plain sight. This was our first visit, but it was well worth the wait. The tuna tartare was among the best I've ever had; the salmon was done to perfection and I appreciated that it was served with the sauce on the side. My wife had the eggplant parmesan and couldn't finish it. Nevertheless, we tried the chocolate mousse cake and it was simply delicious. Too bad we'll have to return to the restaurant to get it again because it's made on site and not catered to the restaurant from another bakery. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, thanks in no small measure to our host, Remy, who made sure we were well taken care of. The only down side--and this is really minor -- was the selection of the background music. I expected some kind of Italian music but when we first arrived it was Spanish and then morphed into the Blues. But neither was over the top or too loud to get in the way of normal conversation. We'll certainly return.
Very good as always, especially because my favorite pizza was no longer on the menu, but the chef personally prepared it for me
We adore this restaurant - consistently good, old timey Italian, great service, good pricing. The bar stools are amazing - lovely and comfy.
This restaurant was casual and comfortable for a nice place for conversation . We sat near the front which was open to the outside on a lovely evening which was extra nice. Service was pleasant. The salads were good but unfortunately everything was brought to the table all at once. The pasta the salads the eggplant parm; I was trying to juggle room for all the dishes and did not get to enjoy the salad. The Eggplant Parmesan was good. Very cheesy if you like it that way. The Caesar salad was overdressed but tasty. The pasta carbonara was not great. The pasta was cooked perfectly but the sauce was way too much and cloying. Too thick, too rich with chunks of pancetta not well integrated o to the dish. The service was pretty good but at the end we had trouble finding our server to get the check and we waited quite a while. After they ran my credit card they returned the pay slip to sign without my credit card in the folio . We waited a bit but my credit card was not returned to me. We went up to the bar and they had it behind the counter. They handed it over with no apology. That was weird and kind of made it a negative experience in the end.
I had the mahi mahi and it was very dry and there was a fishy smell. The potatoes and spinach were ok, but nothing special. The service was fine.
Branzino was amazing, atmosphere and service was fantastic as well. Hosted small group business event there, parking was a breeze and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
It was a quiet Wednesday afternoon for a family dinner. Kids loved their food, brought back memories from our favorite Italian spot from California. Our pasta was loaded with seafood! Service was awesome.
Terrible. Bad food, service, and very overpriced. Everything was bland and they didn't use the ingredients they had listed on the menu.
We are visiting our son in Arlington. We booked Easter Sunday brunch and sat outdoors. The food and service was wonderful!! I cannot say enough great about this place. We will be back!!
I have dined at this restaurant in the past and have liked it very much. During my most recent visit, I noticed that the entrees do not come with bread or a side salad. These items come at an extra cost. The dish that I order each time I dine here is the shrimp penne pasta. It is delicious, but I thought the portion was slightly smaller as well as the cost being a few dollars more.

We had a wonderful experience! Food was fantastic, i personally can't get enough of the meatballs. we will be back
We arrived at the time and day for our lunch time reservation to find the place locked, empty and without any sign or sign of life. Closed? Shut down? Cannot figure out why we had a confirmed reservation.
The food was delicious and our waiter was excellent. I think the entrées were a little small, especially the pasta entrées.
We were disappointed that we were told that we can make food options vegan. They only had one meal choice. Service was very slow we were there for 3 hours to eat dinner. Not recommended for vegan or gluten free food
We got consistent water, but everything else we wanted required us flagging down a member of the wait staff. We waited for almost 20 minutes before we flagged someone down to take our food order. We were not greeted by our server, we were not asked if our food was good following the meal, if we wanted to order anything else, etc. It was an odd dining experience. It did not seem as though they were short staffed, rather we were being ignored almost until they couldn't ignore us any longer. I don't know that we'll be back
