Kaldi’s has gone downhill for weekend breakfast/brunch. You pay and tip up front and can’t dispute the bill easily when you don’t get what you order. For the past two visits, I paid extra for cheese with scrambled eggs and didn’t get it. Bacon was served undercooked and sent back from my friend. I’ve been here for coffee/tea many times and had a great experience. Last night (05/29/26) to put the cherry on top, I hosted a cocktail party here and it could not have gone better. Communication was great with Sean to plan the party and the service staff (Lila, Eric, and Kevin) during the party. The kitchen staff were all great as well. We had about 50 attendees and they cleared the inside of customers an hour before the party and allowed me to decorate how I chose and go...

Love Kaldi’s, have had multiple great experiences with the server Eric! What a nice guy! The food and drinks have been pretty on point with a few exceptions. But over all a wonderful experience every time.
