Nice little boba shop. Lots of options available. Limited seating and prices are fine for the area. My kids loved their drinks, though it was a bit sweet for me (next time I'll order half sugar). Good place to stop on hot day. Nice people. Some food (onigiri) available as well.
Though Kung Fu Tea isn't my favorite Boba Tea Shop, this is a great location to go to later at night when other shops are closed.
This location usually has a long wait time because they have one person on staff. That being said, the service I've received is always great.
I do 30% or less sugar in my tea. I'm never sure if they actually follow those requests but the drinks are always tasty.
