Customer service is non-existent. They took so long serving us and didn't communicate with customers. Barely said hello to us upon entering, if at all. Their saving grace is that the ice cream is good. Meh!

Amazing service and absolutely incredible ice cream! In my personal experience, Nicholas Dunagan was an outstanding worker and did his job extremely well! The experience I had changed my world and I think everyone should go to support this amazing ice cream parlor!!

It was an interesting ice cream shop where you can watch them make the rolled ice cream in front of you. It does take awhile for each ice cream to be made. You can choose from different options and flavors or create your own by choosing the flavor of ice cream and a topping and syrup.
