The food is consistently good. The staff are friendly and helpful, answering questions about Lebanese dishes and offering advice. It's a great neighborhood place for lunch, dinner, business meetings, or family celebrations.
This, the original Lebanese Taverna at Westover, has had it's ups and downs over the decades but the cooking, service, and value are now back to the high standard set by the family as we remember it in the 1980s. Staff are very warm and helpful. Nice family outing in the neighborhood. Very grateful for that! We know the right taste of Levantine food after many years living there. Hot flatbread with "zayt wa zaatar" olive oil and zaatar spice to dip was offered right...
I love going to this restaurant. They make you feel like a special guest just by being there. The food is delicious. The servers are attentive and friendly. And in the winter it is a great place to feel cozy.
