I have been a long time fan of Legal Sea Foods, all the way back in the 90s when there were a local Boston, MA small seafood restaurant chain, and before they expanded their restaurants (and contracted again). The minimalistic, almost Puritanical decor, and emphasis on simply prepared seafood, New England dishes were some of my favorite features. That is why it hurts a little to review their DCA (Washington Reagan Airport) property, because it seems not to be what it used to be...
truly one of the best airport restaurant experiences I have ever had!! The staff here is phenomenal, stephen is amazing and will make your day you can’t not smile sitting at his bar. The food is wonderful as well but I cannot overstate how amazing the service is! thank you all :)
Great coffee and even better interactions with the staff who went above and beyond. You don’t expect much in an airport and I’ll remember the positive experience the next time I fly out of DCA.
