I am from Tucson AZ. I can honestly say some of the front desk women haven't been the nicest to me and then I spoke with Val from membership services. He changed my opinion because he showed kindness! I have a few health issues no one would help me with and he did! He was understanding and even thru the phone you could hear the smile on his face. You need more people like him! Give the guy a raise! In AA we say it's attraction not promotion" he is attracting people with his kindness...read full review
Love the steak and egg wrap, burgers, pizza, and LT Breakfast!
Food is good and it's a nice place, especially for working or reading however service is exceptionally slow with multiple staff standing on their phones and only one or 2 people actually working, took 10 minutes to get a plain iced coffee :/

Life Cafe is a clean and pleasant cafe attached to a fitness center. It offers a variety of food options, including surprisingly delicious sandwiches and pizza. The formagio and bbq chicken pizza are highly recommended. The cafe also serves smoothies, though they are a bit pricey. Service is friendly and fast.
