I have tried several dishes and the food here is consistently superior to comparable restaurants. Although the service was a little slow toward the end because the staff was preparing for close, we did not mind. They comped us dessert because of this, which was not necessary but we greatly appreciated!

Very impressed with the food and service at Maison Cheryl. It's a French restaurant with excellent portions of food from starters (appetizers) to entrees (main courses) to desserts. And yes our party had a bunch of foodies, so we tried our best! The Duck and the swordfish were especially delicious for mains and the desserts were yummy. First time we ate at Maison Cheryl, and we could not have been more pleased! The winter salad with squash and pumpkin seeds and pomegrante seeds was teriffic, and the duck was, actually, the best I've ever had at a restaurant - crispy skin, perfectly cooked. My husband ordered the tempura-crusted swordfish and couldn't stop raving about it. We will definitely return! Only one thing - the address says the place is on Wilson Blvd., but it is actually on Filmore Street.
