Maizal in Pentagon City offers a delightful dining experience with its build-your-own concept or choose from chef curated flavors. On my visit, I was particularly impressed by the range of flavors and the freshness of the ingredients. The grilled chicken stood out with its succulent, well-seasoned taste, adding a hearty protein component to the bowl.

I want to like this place. I love latin food and good arepas are hard to find. However, their online ordering system does not work (I have tried multiple times on multiple different sites) and everytime I go there the food does look non-fresh and like it has been sitting for a long time. It tastes fine enough, but definitely not super appetizing and also not worth it if they can't even get their online ordering to work.
