This is a stain on the Panda Express brand. This Panda Express prioritizes online orders over the line of people in front of them. The space is not optimized for online orders like other locations. Also, the cashier Lang was more worried about appeasing delivery drivers than paying custoners. The server mareli looked a bit confused and appeared to not be helping, probably needs more training.
Food is surprisingly worse than other panda express locations and the store never answers their phone either. Do not order delivery from here ever - you have no idea when you will get your food or any way to contact the driver or the store. We waited over an hour with no way to get a refund from the store.
Love the honey sesame chicken and fried rice. Works for me😋

Panda Express is a standard, cheap option with good food. The line is usually short and the service is quick. The food is generally fresh due to high traffic. The orange chicken and cream cheese rangoon are recommended. The bathroom has been out of order for approximately three weeks.
