The short hispanic young man that always takes my order around 11am is very rude. The food is overpriced for the portion that is being served. I am almost paying $20 for a bowl that barely has any protein and halfway filled. If you question any member the response you will get is “do you want to pay extra?” Or “ That’s the portion that comes with the bowl”. I don’t mind paying when it comes to food, but definitely will not be coming here anymore. I’ve been working and the food industry and hospitality for 15 years and I am very disgusted by this service given here. There seems to be a lack of Leadership and the store has gone through many managers at this point. There is so much potential, but your focus should be on delivering great service and making sure that the food looks great. The food does not look fresh when you open In the morning. I’ll put up with that but make sure that your service is great and you get worth what you are paying for. I come to this location at least 3 to 4 times a week. This place is criminally overrated. The food is mid. The service has been awful and very rude, on top of the confusing ordering methods. We ordered chips and queso for a snack. The chips were brittle and greasy, and the queso was watery like warm milk with some seasoning. Gross. 2/10

My family and friends absolutely loved the catering! All the food was gone by the end of the event. Everyone kept talking about how delicious everything was especially the arepas they were a huge hit! Highly recommend!

Let's start with the girl's attitude, terrible customer service, it's like she hates working there, she has a very bad attitude. We continued with the food. I ordered a beef taco and it only came with beef, they didn't put what it was supposed to have. I regret not having taken a before photo. The steak empanada, it was more vegetarian than beef, it only had mushrooms, and needless to say, the shrimp taco had no execution. I'm writing this review so that you please improve the quality of your food and customer service. Please 🫶🏼

Half of my ball was rice. (I ate some of it, so what you see in the pic is not all.) A while ago a bowl from Maizal looked different. This is the third time I am getting a ton of rice. Too bad, will no longer buy from them.

Food was cold, wet. The man behind the counter let the person infringe off me get what he wanted and wouldn’t serve me what I wanted using the same currency card. Told him he just got what he wanted and he said yeah, can I get what I want, he said no. Not good people. I don’t even want to say this food. Don’t go here.

This used to be my go to place for bowls but now the quality and quantity of the bowl has just gone south! I ordered a veggie bowl and all they gave me was salad and some fajita veggies! No quinoa bites, no beans, no rice!! The quantity has been very less too. I mean I get the inflation aspect but you can’t compromise with the food quality. Charge a couple dollars more if you need but I’m not eating here ever again!

This place was so good about one and a half years ago. I’ve been giving it so many chances and I only honestly go back because the food actually taste good. I get that there’s inflation but they’re extremely stingy now on how much food they give you, we’re talking half a scoop for everything so if you’re coming here hungry don’t expect to leave full because they’ll fill more than half of the bowl with rice making it seem like it’s full but if you take the rice out, it’s probably just a few pieces of food. It’s unfortunate, but I give up with this place.
