I enjoyed the meatballs - rich tasty sauce and good bread for scarpetta.
The parta Noricina was good but too saucy. The parmigiana is made with breaded eggplants (appreciated the disclosure in the menu) and it works!

Service : not consistent attention

Really like the vibe in here. Drinks were yummy but food was okay. I got the carbanara and that was not my favorite it had a weird flavor profile but my friend got the penne and that was super delish. Bread they offered for the table was okay (more like flatbread/pita) and they actually ended up charging it (like $3 but still) to the bill. Not sure I would recommend this place for Italian in the area.

This was our first visit. Phenomenal experience - very authentic and robust pasta dishes. Our server, Jasmine, was very pleasant, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Mazaro will now be on our regular list of places to eat.
