Good choice for quick bite off I-95 if you are travelling that route just about 7-10 miles south of Washington DC. Don't get fooled by the location and surrounding as it sits in the Industrial/ Flax Space Complex. They have great Menu for Breakfast and Late Lunch. It's run by Husband & Wife duo so everything is made fresh to order including Chai. Great taste of everything wi tried. Under local code, if an establishment serves food for consumption on-site and doesn't have a public drinking fountain, they should be able to pour tap water into a cup upon request.
Cups were available and if the water was not potable for some reason that should be fixed. I'm not sure what drove the narrative that only bottled water is available or what the truth was that drove the narrative.

I have enjoyed various restaurants serving Asian Indian food and must say that the food and the catering service of Mazza kitchen and the amazing quality of service under their owner Massie is outstanding. One of our best experiences. A ver talented group and highly recommend their catering and related services a full package
