I came to this location on order to meet someone for something that I was buying. There was no cafe nearby so we decided to just come here. Plus the free WiFi helped with that decision. They second that I walked in, I could tell that this place is for sure borderline ghetto. The booths, tables, and chairs were ripped, and appeared to be the original from the e 1980's. I had a coupon for a free Big Mac sandwich because I had recently downloaded their app. I did have to purchase a small menu item in order to qualify, and there was some thought process about whether I really wanted to pay $3.00 for a small order of expensive fries. I also got a smoothie on my way out, because it's a holiday! The Big Mac and fries were decent, and I pretty much rolled out the moment I was done. I could see some other folks camped out, but I still have other things to do. You would think that after increasing their menu prices by double, that the could invest in the store to make it more hospitable?

The worst customer service. All the employees at this point have no sense of humor and bad customer service. I am a regular customer here, but all the time I order; something missing from it or is extra. Right now, I was on drive-through at 11:30pm. After waiting 7mins, the guy says that they are already closed.I never am gonna recommend this place to no one.

Asked for no salt on my fries got salt on them when I brought it to the lady attention at the front counter she had an attitude saying it was no salt on the fries they remade my order by just tossing it back into the fryer. Went home gave the fries to my sisters and saw they gave me an apple pie instead of a cookie and cream pie that I ordered so I had to go back. She let me know they were out and gave me cookies to replace. I ordered another fry with No salt hopping they would get it right since I paid for another large fry and went home just to see that it had salt on it I had to give my fries to my sisters again. Very dissatisfied with the customer service and my order. 3-5 mins is not a long time to fry fries. I used to work for McDonald’s in Florida it’s not that hard to fry fresh fries.

Just brought a regular Hamburg at McDonald in Rosslyn, and had to turn around and take it back. It had black pepper on it. Oh my gosh, it was awful. I took it back and told the cashier that it had black pepper on it, who put black pepper on a regular McDonald's Hamburg. I was very upset that it was on my burger and the taste was on my tongue. I had to stay there and wait while a fresh one was made for me. Awful.

Whenever I'm in need of a quick bite, McDonald's is often on my radar. The predictability of their menu is comforting, knowing that whether I'm in my hometown or traveling, the Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets I order will taste familiar. Service at this location is generally prompt, even during the lunchtime rush. I appreciate their efforts in modernizing the ordering experience with kiosks, and the mobile app offers added convenience for placing orders ahead of time. Whether it's breakfast on a rushed morning or a late-night snack, McDonald's continues to be a staple for quick and familiar meals.

This location is horrible! Every time I come there is something wrong with my order staff and management seem like they are clueless at all times even when taking your order….tonight was the last Straw won’t be back
The food was hot and the fries were crispy but this is one of those McDonald's that you order yourself and it didn't used to be and it's very slow now. You're going to be sitting there about 10 minutes, if there's nobody in line at the kiosk.

The cashier was very disrespectful and she was talking Spanish all the time, got my order wrong and when I asked why she made fun of me by taking to other Spanish guy.Store is very dirty and they even didn't clean the table. Loud Spanish music was on all the time that I got headaches.I feel sorry for mac Donald.
