The worst customer service. All the employees at this point have no sense of humor and bad customer service. I am a regular customer here, but all the time I order; something missing from it or is extra. Right now, I was on drive-through at 11:30pm. After waiting 7mins, the guy says that they are already closed.I never am gonna recommend this place to no one.

Asked for no salt on my fries got salt on them when I brought it to the lady attention at the front counter she had an attitude saying it was no salt on the fries they remade my order by just tossing it back into the fryer. Went home gave the fries to my sisters and saw they gave me an apple pie instead of a cookie and cream pie that I ordered so I had to go back. Just brought a regular Hamburg at McDonald in Rosslyn, and had to turn around and take it back. It had black pepper on it. Oh my gosh, it was awful. I took it back and told the cashier that it had black pepper on it, who put black pepper on a regular McDonald's Hamburg. I was very upset that it was on my burger and the taste was on my tongue. I had to stay there and wait while a fresh one was made for me. Awful.
