This was my second time going to the restaurant when I had a craving for homemade pasta. Ordered the butternut squash ravioli with red pepper sauce that was below average. The pasta around the ravioli was too thick, and the filling had very little flavor. My son ordered the spicy penne that was “underwhelming” in his words. Calamari as appetizer had too much batter, and the squid was not fresh. I will not be returning. Service was excellent, though.

One of our absolutely favorite neighborhood gems. Always feel incredibly welcome every time we step in the door. Attentive service and friendly advice from the servers and charming owner. Menu is always rich with choices. Someday I pledge to try the many fine cuts of beef or the homemade pastas, but it's difficult to turn down one of the fresh fish entrees, where the fish are flown in overnight from Hawaii. Sides like mushroom risotto are especially good -- almost like having another entree. Desserts are splendid, although we often have to skip the extra goodness after such a satisfying meal with starters, bread and generous entrees and sides.

Mele never disappoints. So delicious and wait staff so professional. Love how the owner interacts with each table. So friendly. Our group enjoyed the prime rib, NY steak, sea bass, and two different pastas with seafood. It's our 2nd annual NYE celebration and we will continue this tradition.

The service was quick and very friendly. They understood everyone and accommodated us without issue. However, I doubt I will return because my food, especially for the price, was very lackluster. The pasta was completely tasteless and that is not easy. The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their meals so that explains my two stars.

This one was a miss for me. Beautiful place but quite overstimulating for my taste. Very tight seating. The owners hospitality was a highlight but the food was just ok a with a confusing menu. Try for yourself but I don’t think I will return.
Loved our first and not last time dining at Mele! A lot of variety on the menu. Our food and drink was delicious.

Service was really good. We did have to wait for one entrée for a while as the app and one of the entrée was delivered at the same time. We found the food to be nice proportions, but very little flavor —we ordered the radiatore and the pesto pasta —service was friendly. I would have to be convinced to go back again with all the other options around.

This was a special evening with a friend that we hadn't seen in 20 years. As usual the staff I are excellent. Our food was delicious. I had the best chicken entree ever! Sliced chicken breast - the best chicken I ever ate. It was served on a hot skillet of tasty vegetables - and at a very reasonable price. Mele Bistro is our go-to dinner spot, especially with guests.
