My lobster ravioli came out in a pool of butter it's like they forgot the sauce. My steak came out med rare even tho I asked for medium. The drinks were good and the manger was accommodating. He gave us a dessert. Of server was extremely slow. It took 20min for a dinner menu, she took so long to come back to our table everytime. We asked for the check and waiting 40mins for it then other 22 mins for the credit card to come back and I had to ask where was the card. She was sweet but she needs a lil more training cause we gave her grace but not everyone will. I live Morton's however this location wasn't right that night. I'll continue to go but I'll stick to the DC location

Bad experience with the Kitchens. The Bread came out burnt. Then the appetizer dumplings were overcooked. Finally my filet mignon came out served at room temperature (not sizzling hot as expected). Server was great, it wasn't her fault. The manager came over and apologized and was very respectful.

Mortons saved Father's Day! True story our DoorDash meals were dropped by the delivery driver, so we decided to go to Ruth Chris and lets just say no food was coming out the kitchen. We had waited over an hour and others even more. So we literally did a last minute pivot taking Mortons 9PM reservation (they actually close at 9 but allow a 10 min guest window). The food was AMAZING and the quality was as consistent as if we arrived when they opened. We had lobster bisque, filet mignon, salmon, baked potato and brussels sprouts.Thanksyou Mortons for not only saving the day but for providing excellent food and service.

Went for Father's day the food was off. My reservation was at 3pm and it open at 2pm. I believe it was left over from the night before the vegetables and the Steak was well done but not like the other times . I was not please at all. Disappointed.

Clearly ordered filet oscar with beranaise on the side. It was delivered to the table with the crab, chopped asparagus, and beranaise all mixed together like a soup poured over the steak. I sent it back asking for the chef to remove the mixture from on top of the steak and redo it with the beranaise on the side. The steak was delivered to the table, plain. A bowl of shredded crab mixed with chopped asparagus was eventually brought to the table. Quality of the meal and presentation was awful—worse Morton's experience ever.
