We've been here several times and never had an experience like this. We were seated on time for our 7PM reservation. Our server took our drink and food orders normally, perhaps a little rushed (usually they tell you about add-ons for steak, etc., but he did not do that). After receiving our entrees, our server told us he was leaving for the night, and that the bartender would be taking care of us; this was around 745PM. No one visited our table or checked us for over 30 minutes after that. Not a water refill, not an offer for another round of drinks, not even to check on if our food was okay. Then the busboy comes to clear our table, and we ask him for some to-go boxes and a dessert menu. We hear him say the bartender's name, as if to tell him, "Hey, did you forget about your table?" Then a few minutes later, the bartender comes over to take our dessert order - two slices of cake. TWENTY minutes later, he brings out our dessert. We asked for boxes and the check. If I"m paying 70 dollars for a steak, I shouldn't have to flag down or search for service - moreover, if management is going to cut waitstaff or whatever they did in the middle of service, they should really be doing a proper turnover to make sure guests are taken care of. This visit was for a birthday celebration, and the fact that we felt "trapped" at our table waiting for service really soured the evening.

Everything was late. Drinks were wrong. After arriving late and food was late. I arrived at 0745 pm. Was not seated till 8pm. Drinks took 30 minutes to arrive. No bread and nothing offered other than water. Waiter was apologetic due to the high traffic. But regardless it's a high end restaurant and they should had prepared better for the rush. Food was great. But it arrived almost 1 1/2 hours after sitting down. Poor experience. We went just to wait.

Restaurant has a fairly dark environment. Not the best in my view. Ribeye steak was very disappointing. Hardly any flavor at all. Service though was very good. My server was very friendly and responsive to my needs

Food service very slow and food cold. We were seated in front of the open kitchen very noisy.

Not great. We ordered a non-alcoholic drink and they brought one with alcohol. Then the food took far too long. They said there was a mix up in the kitchen. And then when they took our credit card, it took 15 mins for them to run it. Perhaps because the server was just chatting in the bar. Overall, not a great experience.

Delicious, high quality steaks and seafood. Great service. Good cocktails. Nice wine list.

The ambience was lovely and the blackberry margarita was solid. The value of the food was lacking though. The steaks were quite expensive and sides were an additional cost. The broccolini in chili and white wine sauce was just average and definitely not worth the money. I ordered a Wagyu filet mignon, but there was little difference between an American USDA Choice filet mignon and what was served here. I lived in Japan for five years and have a lot of experience with authentic Wagyu. This was very disappointing, especially considering the $80 price point for 7 ounces of steak. They are trying hard to be an upscale restaurant, but the quality of the cooking left a lot to be desired for the price point.

I enjoyed excellent service and great food on a busy Saturday evening. Matise was absolutely amazing and will definitely request her as a server next time I make a reservation!

An altogether fabulous dinner to celebrate my birthday! Attentive and friendly service. Delicious meal. The bartender even mixed a special cocktail for my celebration! Topped off with an incredible cake -- including a lit candle. An unforgettable evening.

While the staff was courteous, the service was extremely slow. Our dinner lasted nearly three hours. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the price point, and the overall experience simply didn't justify the cost. Comparable steakhouses offer better value and a smoother dining experience. We don't see ourselves returning.

Upon arrival (we arrived early) we were immediately seated. Our server (Don) introduced himself and he was OUTSTANDING! He was VERY professional and personable! He acknowledged my birthday and ensured we were attended to from start to finish. Now to the food. I ordered the crab and lobster cocktail. Be aware that it's beautifully presented. But it has a kick (spicy) to it. Also, I ordered the 16oz NY Strip Steak. I ordered it medium. But it appeared to be medium rare. Also, I think they forgot to season it. The LOADED baked potato was definitely loaded with LOTS of bacon, butter and sour cream. My wife's Miso Sea Bass was not well seasoned as well. At the end of the meal, our server brought out the dessert menu. He recommended the Molten Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream. Which was complimentary for my birthday! Overall, it was an excellent evening (thanks to our server Don). I just wish I had ordered the Lamb Chops instead of the steak.

Always lovely at Mortons, wanting some of the older deserts back like chocolate souffle with sabayon. Since it is no longer on the menu, that saved me from more calories!!! Thanks

Disappointed. We ordered 2x 36oz Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks, 4 sides, 3 appetizers, and 3 desserts along with 2 glasses of wine and 3 cocktails. Party of 6. It was clearly not enough food to feed the table. Total bill was $800 including tip. We probably would have been better off ordering an entree per person.
