Not great. We ordered a non-alcoholic drink and they brought one with alcohol. Then the food took far too long. They said there was a mix up in the kitchen. And then when they took our credit card, it took 15 mins for them to run it. Perhaps because the server was just chatting in the bar. Overall, not a great experience.
Delicious, high quality steaks and seafood. Great service. Good cocktails. Nice wine list.
The ambience was lovely and the blackberry margarita was solid. The value of the food was lacking though. The steaks were quite expensive and sides were an additional cost. The broccolini in chili and white wine sauce was just average and definitely not worth the money. I ordered a Wagyu filet mignon, but there was little difference between an American USDA Choice filet mignon and what was served here. I lived in Japan for five years and have a lot of experience with authentic Wagyu. This was very disappointing, especially considering the $80 price point for 7 ounces of steak. They are trying hard to be an upscale restaurant, but the quality of the cooking left a lot to be desired for the price point.
I enjoyed excellent service and great food on a busy Saturday evening. Matise was absolutely amazing and will definitely request her as a server next time I make a reservation!
An altogether fabulous dinner to celebrate my birthday! Attentive and friendly service. Delicious meal. The bartender even mixed a special cocktail for my celebration! Topped off with an incredible cake -- including a lit candle. An unforgettable evening.
While the staff was courteous, the service was extremely slow. Our dinner lasted nearly three hours. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the price point, and the overall experience simply didn't justify the cost. Comparable steakhouses offer better value and a smoother dining experience. We don't see ourselves returning.
Excellent service and ambience as always. Waygu beef filet outstanding. Danny was great waiter and all staff and management were attentive and gracious. Always a great experience!

Upon arrival (we arrived early) we were immediately seated. Our server (Don) introduced himself and he was OUTSTANDING! He was VERY professional and personable! He acknowledged my birthday and ensured we were attended to from start to finish. Now to the food. I ordered the crab and lobster cocktail. Be aware that it's beautifully presented. But it has a kick (spicy) to it. Also, I ordered the 16oz NY Strip Steak. I ordered it medium. But it appeared to be medium rare. Also, I think they forgot to season it. The LOADED baked potato was definitely loaded with LOTS of bacon, butter and sour cream. My wife's Miso Sea Bass was not well seasoned as well. At the end of the meal, our server brought out the dessert menu. He recommended the Molten Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream. Which was complimentary for my birthday! Overall, it was an excellent evening (thanks to our server Don). I just wish I had ordered the Lamb Chops instead of the steak.
Always lovely at Mortons, wanting some of the older deserts back like chocolate souffle with sabayon. Since it is no longer on the menu, that saved me from more calories!!! Thanks

Disappointed. We ordered 2x 36oz Tomahawk Ribeye Steaks, 4 sides, 3 appetizers, and 3 desserts along with 2 glasses of wine and 3 cocktails. Party of 6. It was clearly not enough food to feed the table. Total bill was $800 including tip. We probably would have been better off ordering an entree per person.
Unfortunate oversight by staff...I was given a wine glass with rough chips around the rim. My first sip from the glass scraped the inside of my lip. It took a while to get another glass to pour my wine into. The manager made several awkward visits to our table, not exactly apologizing. First, he thanked me for bringing it to his attention and showing an area of opportunity for them to improve upon. Second visit, he came by the table and confirmed that the rim of the glass had chips around the lip of the glass. Third visit, wanted to know if we were enjoying our meal. He kindly credited us on our check. But, overall just an awkward meal experience around poor service and the manager's table side manner.

The restaurant was surprisingly empty. Suspiciously so. I was a party of eight and the only other table was a two top. Waiter was very friendly and had to , as usual , go through the entire menu, but with an accent that was very thick and difficult to understand it was difficult to get through. Took the food about 45 minutes to arrive and when It did, it was served by the hostess, which was quite surprising. What wasn't surprising was that she had no idea where the food went or what each cut of steak was. It seemed like a restaurant on its last legs, unfortunately.
