we got the Mr. Thoi’s Deep Fried Pork Spareribs and shaking beef. I GASPED when I tasted the ribs, they were bursted with flavors and the crunchy garlic just added so much depth and texture to the dish. It’s Mr. Thoi’s dish for a reason!
I've been coming to Nam-Viet for well over 10 years. I would go to the spot on Connecticut Avenue during lunch until it closed. Now I drive to Claremdon because the food and service is amazing. I get the Eye Round Pho and the Shrimp toast. I love this place.
Came in to try the Vietnamese coffee with a Pokemon ice mold on it but we came too late. The person I spoke to said they sold out with in 15 mins of opening. Wish I knew that because this is the first time trying this establishment. The ice coffee was a nice strong Vietnamese coffee. Wasn’t hungry so we ordered the crab fried rice to go. I liked the flavor profile of the fried rice but it would be better with a little more crab in it. Everyone was very nice and the restaurant...
