I visited the store earlier today to buy two sleeves of coffee and of course, left with a more than that. The espresso that I sampled as well as the customer service that I receive underscores why I love this location. I have bought several machines for my family and friends and continue to be thankful for the little things in life. Thanks Michael, Steven, and the two wonderful ladies that were working today (I didn’t get your names) for a wonderful experience.
I have used this store on several occasions. The staff has been polite, professional and quite helpful making coffee selections. The manager, Heather, has been extremely helpful and her customer service is excellent; very much appreciated!! Nespresso is our go to coffee now!
I had an issue with a promo, and the manager (Heather) was so helpful! They clearly had some pretty stringent COVID protocols in place, as well, which was so nice to see. This location is great!
