Absolutely delicious. She creates Mediterranean Soul Food. It is tasty, layered in flavors, rich in texture and each bite is moist and full of flavor.
She has place in Tysons Corner called Istanbul Kitchen. Modest in size, spectacular in flavor and portions. It is place you would barefoot in the snow to buy takeout.
